Policies
CHECK IN TIME is 2:00PM to 10:00PM. Check-ins after 10:00PM are not allowed as a courtesy to those guests staying at the campground.
Please call to inquire about early check-ins.
CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00AM. Sites that require additional cleanup by our staff including trash and/or pet waste will incur an additional clean-up fee of 75$.
SITE Guarantee – Valid Credit Card information and billing address must be on file park in your site. If you want to change sites you MUST call in to get that changed.
CANCELLATION POLICY – We have a 7 day cancellation policy from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend each year. If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation, you will not receive a refund. Off season, we require a 72-hour cancellation notice. IF you book with a third party you MUST coordinate the change or cancellation through them. IF you book through us, please contact us to make a change or cancellation.
TERM OF OCCUPANCY- No reservation can be made for more than twenty-eight (28) consecutive days. Guest may request renewal by submitting a new reservation and prepayment in full for an additional term, subject to Campground approval. Any renewal is deemed a new license, not a continuation of occupancy.
ELECTRIC - Each site has its own meter and will be billed every Monday of your stay. You can check your own meter readings by going to www.Checkthemeter.com and entering your meter number located on the meter itself.
NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed in ANY of our buildings.
Pets are allowed - Pets need to be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings at any time for any reason. There are 2 dog clean up stations with bags to help located by each bathhouse. Do not leave your pet unattended at any time. If at anytime you pet is barking incessantly you may be asked to leave.
Campground guidelines – There are NO FIRES allowed on property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (this includes ATV’s) per spot. Extra parking MAY be available upon request. Storage is not allowed around or under your camper. Be courteous of others sites and stay out of their area. Hose washing of your camper is not allowed. Be mindful of your welcome mats as they will kill our grass if they do not get picked up periodically.
Vehicle Policies – The speed limit in our park is 5 MPH. No Parking on the grass. Your parking spots are directly in front of your reserved spot. ATV’s are only allowed on the same paved areas as a car. Any vehicle left on the property before or after your stay will be assessed a $50 fine per day.
General Policies – Visitors are welcome but are the responsibility of the guest that invited them. Visitors are asked to leave at 10 PM to honor quiet time for the rest of the park. When using our electrical pedestals it is your responsibility to understand what type of amps you will need for your camper. Contact 406-682-4430 if there is an issue with your power. Modifying or fixing our pedestals are strictly prohibited.
Laundry – We have an onsite laundry that is open 24/7 and is under video surveillance. We do not assume any responsibility for your clothing or items left unattended in the laundry room.
Restrooms/ Showers are open 24/7 for your convenience with 4 different ones to choose from. Children under 18 years of age require supervision while using our facilities.
Quiet Time is from 10PM to 8AM. Please respect the peace of everyone that is staying onsite.
Trash Disposal – There is a dumpster located on the property that can be used for garbage disposal. Disposal of any wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, toxic waste or chemicals is prohibited.
Children under 18 years of age must be supervised at all times.
Fireworks/Firecrackers are prohibited on our property at all times.
Hunting/Fishing – butchering, cleaning and disposing of any animals is prohibited at all times.
Firearms are prohibited in common areas at all times.
Vehicle Repairs- only minor repairs to your vehicle is permitted. Vehicle repairs are not permitted.
Payment - All fees, taxes, and charges for the license term are due and payable in advance. Nonpayment by the due date automatically terminates this Agreement, and Guest must vacate the site immediately. Campground is not required to provide notice, grace periods, or refunds for early departure.
